To fulfill the dreams of children all over the world, we ship internationally straight from our Parisian childrenswear boutique L'Île aux Fées 66 rue Notre Dame des Champs, 75006 Paris.
Shipping transit time & fee
Shipping in Europe is free and takes 3 to 6 days depending on the destination.
Shipping to the rest of the world including to the USA takes on average 10 days. The shipping fee is 15€ whatever the amount ordered.
As soon the order is placed, the items are shipped within the day or at the latest on the next working day.
We follow up the tracking closely until delivery of the items.
If you wish us to ship through an express carrier (DHL or Chronopost) at your cost, we are happy to do so. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your needs. We will then create a special payment link for you.
The expense is paid by the client and Charlotte sy Dimby will not reimburse the sum shall you wish to send back the products.
Additional services - custom delivery
If your order is a present, we can add a message or special note and make a gift wrapping. Please feel free to send us a mail at email@example.com with your gift instructions.
If you wish to retrieve your parcel in our Parisian boutique or have it delivered straight to your hotel, this is perfectly possible too. Please send us a mail explaining your wish.
If you need an urgent delivery, please do not hesitate to reach out. Our team will do its very best to find a solution to satisfy your request!
As soon as the package is on its way, you will receive a tracking link and number by email. Caring for each parcel as if it were our very own, we always keep a close eye on the status of each shipping until it is safe in your arms.
If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spams.
Our parcels our shipped through the carrier Laposte/Collisimo.
For international orders, certain countries may apply customs duty on imports. These are not taken in charge by our company but up to the customer to pay.
Upon receipt of the goods, please verify the correctness of products.
In case of any anomaly concerning the delivery such as: damaged packaging, missing products, damaged products, products not complying with the order, complaints may be addressed within a delay of 2 week after reception of the products. Notifications must be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Where defects have been confirmed, you may ask for:
a. A replacement of the Product(s) at the expense of L’île aux Fées
b. A reimbursement of the order price (price of products and delivery charges), no later than within thirty days from the mailing date of notification confirmation of error by the customer service.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Whilst we hope your purchase will meet your expectations, we are happy to offer a refund if ever you are not entirely satisfied with your products.
Products may be returned without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen days after the date of the receipt of the products purchased on our e-shop.
We merely ask you to send an email to email@example.com mentioning the name and sizes of the products to be returned.
The shipping fees and potential custom duties to send the products back are at your expense. The risks and costs are your responsibility.
The products must be returned to our Parisian boutique L’île aux Fées within a period of fourteen days following the date of receipt of the products to the address.

Please do not mention Charlotte sy Dimby on the shipping label as it is not part of the address. Please mention product return if asked for details on the type of shipping.
After the products have been returned, L’île aux Fées shall check the conformity of the products. The product(s) must not have been worn, used, altered, washed or damaged.
When L’île aux Fées is able to confirm that such conditions have been met, the client shall receive the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the returned products by email.
The customer shall obtain a refund for the sums already paid to purchase the returned products excluding shipping fees. The shipping fees paid at the confirmation of the initial order will not be reimbursed.
The sum will be refunded to as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 fourteen working days following the date on which to L’île aux Fées has received the return goods.
If the recipient of the products is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the sums shall in all case be refunded to the individual who made the payment.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and wish to make an exchange with another product from our e-shop, we ask you to let us know of our choice within fourteen days after the date of the receipt of the products purchased on charlottesydimby.com
Please state the name and size of the products which you wish to return as well as the ones of those which you will like to receive in exchange. As our collections are highly limited, this will enable us to set them aside for you.
You will first have to send the products you wish to exchange at your own cost to our Parisian boutique following the return procedure explained in the two paragraphs above.
Upon receipt of the returned items and after having checked their conformity, we will send you free of charge the items set aside within the next 10 days. You will receive a confirmation by email as well as a tracking number.
If there is a price difference between the initial order and the ones requested for the exchange, you will receive a new invoice.
